Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- A peer review fee of USD 10 per article is payable immediately after manuscript submission. The journal does not charge any publication fee. The peer review fee is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, regardless of whether the manuscript is accepted or rejected during the peer review process. Payment of the peer review fee does not influence the editorial decision. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic quality, originality, and compliance with the journal's editorial and peer review standards.
- RJEMS follows a thorough peer review process, which may take 1-2 months to complete, depending on reviewer availability and the quality of the submitted manuscript. The journal does not offer an urgent or fast-track review policy. All manuscripts are reviewed according to the standard review process to ensure a fair and unbiased evaluation.
